Born and raised in the Central Valley, Kyle was immersed in California’s rich agricultural heritage and is passionate about continuing agricultural preservation through effective asset management and wealth transfer. Before creating AgriWealth, Inc., Kyle led the Western United States agricultural real estate asset portfolio for one of the largest institutional Trustees in the Nation. There, Kyle was charged with a real estate portfolio valued at over $260 million comprised of over 60,000 acres under management.
Kyle is familiar with a wide variety of agricultural properties including vineyards, nut crops, stone fruit, citrus, berries, row crops, cattle grazing, rice, dry-land cropping, and olives.

Cash was born and raised in Fresno, CA, and has been surrounded by Real Estate since 2011. DAVID ORTH | DAVID ORTH CONSULTING, LLC
Dave brings with him over 35 years of policy, consulting, financial and management experience, serving previously as partner at New Current Water and Land, LLC, general manager of the Kings River Conservation District, executive officer of Friant North Authority, vice president of resource management at California Valley Land Company Inc., and in the director of finance and general manager positions at Westlands Water District. Dave was appointed by California Governor Jerry Brown to the California Water Commission and served one term ending 2018.

For eight years, Robbie worked in public accounting specializing in corporate taxation and assurance services. During his time there, he predominately worked on agricultural, real estate, and professional service clients. In 2020, Robbie left Moss Adams LLP to become CFO for a large pistachio grower in Fresno, California. Since 2021, he has helped spearhead the acquisition of 1,200+ acres of farmland across the Central Valley.
Robbie primarily focuses on California Ag real estate in the Central Valley and Northern California across almonds, pistachios, and row crops. He is well-versed in SGMA, Ag leases, pistachio developments, and solar projects.

PHILLIP STYLES | AG INVESTMENT ADVISOR
Phillip brings both a business background and hands-on farm experience to AgriWealth, Inc. He has a passion for working with local farming families and comes from a multigenerational farming background that started with wheat crops in the early 1900s and has since transitioned to Almonds and Citrus. Before joining the team, Phillip was an Agricultural Investment Advisor running the ag division of a leading Fresno-based investment real estate firm. While there, Phillip handled agricultural real estate transactions for local farmers and guided them through the sale and 1031 exchange process. Prior to that, Phillip previously worked in production agriculture leadership positions with Paramount Farms (Wonderful Orchards), and P-R Farms in Clovis, CA and is also involved with the family’s citrus operations in Tulare County.
Phillip is familiar with nut crops, vineyards, stone fruit, citrus, and olives and has worked with a wide range of buyers, sellers, and investors in the Agricultural investment market.

Jamison is AgriWealth’s Creative Director. He creates, implements, and manages our marketing strategy and brand identity. This includes the design and functionality of our website, as well as property brochures, graphic design, social media, and all digital and print collateral.
Jamison is an award-winning multi-disciplinary designer with extensive experience in brand strategy and identity design. He grew up in California’s Central Valley and earned a Master of Arts degree from California State University, Fresno in 2011. His hybrid background in Fine Art and Design enables him to operate at the intersection of brand strategy, creativity, and technology.
